Mechanical Engineer
Role
To work internationally in a small specialised diesel generator company, your role will be to provide engineering practices, rebuilding and fault finding on diesel engines. Expected to put in the hours and help with sales, design and company investment. Work will require international travel.
Requirements
- Experience with diesel generators up to 5.5MW
- Willing to work long hours and be ready to travel at a moments notice
- Be able to fault find
- Have international experience
- Carry out rebuilds and inspections
- Experienced with Borescope tests
- Willing to work internationally (10-70% per annum)
- Full clean driving license
- Have knowledge of electrical systems
- Be fit and healthy due to travel reasons
Desired
- Able to weld using Mig/Tig and Ark
- Live in close proximity to Norfolk
Must have qualifications and be associated with an engineering society.
Electrical Engineer
To design and fabricate working panels for diesel generator applications. Your main role will be fault finding and repairs on generators and electrical systems associated with the industry. Expected to put in the hours and help with sales, design and company investment. Work will require international travel.
Requirements
- Able to design and fabricate electrical panels
- Fault find on DC/AC electrical systems
- Calibrate equipment
- Program and install electrical power modules
- Use power analyzers and carry out insulation tests
- Willing to work long hours and be ready to travel
- Willing to work internationally (10-70% per annum)
- Full clean driving license
- Have knowledge of the mechanical systems
- Be fit and healthy due to travel reasons
Desired
- Have HV experience
- Live in close proximity to Norfolk
Must have qualifications and be associated with an engineering society.
