Calibration

Generators are often fitted  with precise and calibrated equipment. Over  time these systems, sensors, current transformers can become worn and out of  calibration. It is important to keep equipment in calibration to prevent early breakdown.

Borescopic  tests

A contractor or company will often diagnose an engine rebuild from visual inspection and readings from sensors.  That is why we offer Borescope tests and reports. This is where we use a small  camera and place it through the injector hole of the cylinder head. After  inspection a report can be written and appropriate actions taken.

Thermal  imagery

Quick diagnosis of electrical  faults can be helped with the use of a thermal imager. It can also locate heat  spots and faults inside an electrical motor. All pictures will be accompanied with a full written report.

Electrical panel design and manufacture

We can design and manufacture electrical panels to your specification. Anything from a small panel that  controls a motor to a back-up generator synchronising panel. All panels comply with EU regulations.
